Indian conglomerate Adani Enterprises’ unit bought shares value 25 billion rupees ($278.9 million) in AWL Agri Enterprise through bulk offers, information from exchanges confirmed on Friday.
Knowledge from NSE confirmed that Adani Commodities, a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, bought 39.5 million shares in AWL Agri for 275.09 rupees apiece, whereas information from BSE confirmed that it bought 51.5 million shares for 275 rupees apiece.
That displays a reduction of about 0.6% to Thursday’s shut.
