This ruling is the newest in a collection of courtroom choices rejecting President Trump’s govt order because it was signed on January 20, Inauguration Day. This lawsuit was filed inside two hours of Trump signing the order. In February, the federal decide on this case quickly blocked it from taking impact, prompting the enchantment, which was heard August 1.
