Amid the continued Israel-Hamas conflict, the Israel Defence Forces on Saturday claimed to have killed a senior Hezbollah commander – Ali Abd al-Qader Ismail – within the Bint Jbeil sector, reported PTI.
The IDF even claimed that Ali Abd al-Qader Ismail was one of many Hezbollah commanders who have been concerned in efforts to rehabilitate the terrorist organisation in southern Lebanon.
In a submit on X, the IDF stated, “ELIMINATED: Ali Abd al-Qader Ismail, a senior Hezbollah commander within the Bint Jbeil sector, concerned in efforts to rehabilitate the terrorist group in southern Lebanon. The IDF will proceed to function to take away any menace posed to the State of Israel.”
Earlier, Israel Defence Minister Israel Katz visited the house of Sheikh Muafak Tarif in Syria’s Julis – dwelling of the religious chief of the Druze group in Israel.
In keeping with an announcement by the Protection Ministry, Katz stated the army would work to supply medical help to the Druze of southern Syria.
