Mumbai, 3 March 2025: The Lalit Suri Hospitality Faculty, in step with The Lalit Group’s ongoing dedication to inclusivity and ability growth, has introduced a collaboration with famend chef and restaurateur Ritu Dalmia to introduce the European Culinary Excellence Program—a transformative 10-week European culinary coaching.
This initiative goals to foster an inclusive studying setting by offering aspiring cooks, together with LGBTQIA+ college students and people from underprivileged backgrounds, with entry to world-class coaching.
This system will deliver collectively 15 college students from The Lalit Suri Hospitality Faculty and 7individuals from marginalized communities, 3 college students from DIVA and 5 members from the open class equipping them with hands-on expertise in European and Italian delicacies.
