Maha Kumbh 2025: A Hindu saint from Indore, figuring out himself as ‘Bawandar Baba’ on January 5 raised critical issues over disrespect in the direction of Gods and Goddesses at Maha Kumbh 2025. He complained that he found bundle of beedi with Lord Shiva’s picture on it.
He added that he has written to the Chief Ministers of 14 states, urging them to take motion towards such incidents.
Whereas talking to information company ANI, he stated, “…I’m elevating a critical concern about why Hindus themselves are disrespecting our gods and goddesses. We’re on this ‘Kumbh Kshetra’ and I discovered a bundle of ‘beedi’ having lord Shiva’s picture on it… I’ve written to CMs of 14 states for a similar. I hope that some steps will probably be taken to cease all this…”
