The Michigan Supreme Courtroom has agreed to listen to a problem towards the approval of Enbridge’s (NYSE:ENB) Line 5 tunnel challenge introduced by Tribal Nations, arguing the Michigan Public Service Fee violated state legal guidelines by approving the challenge, Nexstar Media reported Friday.
