The opposition Mahagathbandhan suffered a significant setback, managing simply 35 seats. RJD received 25 seats, Congress 6, CPI(ML)(L) 2, and CPI(M) 1. The AIMIM captured 5 seats, with IIP and BSP sharing the remaining winners.
