State-owned NLC India Ltd on Saturday stated its renewables arm has entered right into a three way partnership pact with Assam Energy Distribution Firm Ltd (APDCL) for growing 1000 MW solar energy tasks in Assam.
The pact has been signed between NLC India Renewables Ltd (NIRL) and APDCL, an organization assertion stated. Whereas NIRL may have 51 per cent stake within the JV, APDCL may have 49 per cent.
