In additional bother for money starved non-public sector airline SpiceJet, Indonesia-based plane lessor PT BBN Airways has filed an insolvency petition towards the Indian firm over sure excellent funds. The petition was filed within the Delhi unit of insolvency courtroom Nationwide Firm Regulation Tribunal (NCLT).
PT BBN Airways has acknowledged that SpiceJet has but to clear plane lease-related dues amounting to $5.94 million owed to it for months.
