The Indian market ended largely flat on Monday, as buyers paused after the Sensex and Nifty logged their strongest month-to-month rally in seven months. Delicate profit-taking following October’s sharp good points was counterbalanced by selective shopping for in shares reacting to quarterly earnings, preserving the general sentiment secure.
The S&P BSE Sensex edged up 39.78 factors, or 0.05%, to shut at 83,978.49, whereas the NSE Nifty 50 superior 41.25 factors, or 0.16%, to settle at 25,763.35. Learn extra
