NATO intercepted Russian jets violating Estonian airspace, whereas officers condemned Moscow’s reckless behaviour, emphasising the physique’s unity and dedication to supporting Ukraine amid escalating tensions.

Britain criticises Russia
British Defence Minister John Healey stated that the latest violation by Russian navy jets of NATO member Estonia’s airspace on Friday marked the newest harmful exercise by Russia in latest days.
“Russia’s newest reckless and harmful exercise is the third violation of NATO airspace in latest days,” Healey stated on X. “However Putin’s aggression solely serves to strengthen the unity of NATO and our resolve to face with Ukraine.”
Russian jets entered Estonian airspace
Estonia’s capital, Tallinn, confirmed that three Russian MiG-31 fighter jets had entered its airspace over the Gulf of Finland, remaining for 12 minutes, reported AFP.
In accordance with a NATO official, they have been met by Italian F-35 plane deployed as a part of an alliance mission within the Baltic area.
“Europe stands with Estonia within the face of Russia’s newest violation of our airspace,” European Fee president Ursula von der Leyen wrote on X.
