Ramesh Bidhuri, BJP candidate from the Kalkaji Meeting constituency, sparked one other controversy on Sunday after making a snide comment at Delhi Chief Minister Atishi. In his jibe he mentioned that Atishi “modified her father,” whereas addressing a public gathering within the nationwide capital.
“Atishi, who was Marlena, is now Singh. She has even modified her father,” Ramesh Bidhuri mentioned. He added, “This Marlena (Atishi) turned Singh. She modified her title. Arvind Kejriwal swore on his kids to not align with the corrupt Congress. Marlena modified her father. This displays the character of the Aam Aadmi Celebration,” PTI reported.
