India and america on Friday signed a 10-year framework settlement to strengthen cooperation within the defence sector. The pact was finalised throughout a “fruitful” assembly in Malaysia’s Kuala Lumpur between Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and US Defence Secretary Peter Hegseth.
