Shruti Shibulal, one of many promoters of Infosys, on Wednesday acquired further shares of the IT agency for Rs 469 crore by means of an open market transaction. Shruti is daughter of Infosys co-founder and former CEO SD Shibulal.
In accordance with block deal knowledge on NSE, Shruti purchased 29.84 lakh shares of Bengaluru-based Infosys.
The shares had been picked up at a mean value of Rs 1,574 apiece, taking the deal worth to Rs 469.69 crore.
In the meantime, Gaurav Manchanda, one of many relations of SD Shibulal, offered the identical variety of shares on the similar value.
Infosys’ shares fell 4.31 per cent to shut at Rs 1,590.05 apiece on the NSE.
On Tuesday, Shruti purchased the IT main’s shares value Rs 494 crore.
