The Ministry of Defence has prolonged the ban on six defence corporations for a further three years, persevering with the restriction on their dealings with the ministry. The businesses embrace Singapore Applied sciences Kinetics Ltd, Israel Army Industries Ltd, TS Kisan and Co Pvt Ltd, RK Machine Instruments Ltd, Rheinmetall Air Defence (Zurich), and Company Defence (Russia).
These firms had been initially debarred from doing enterprise with the Ministry of Defence for 10 years, beginning April 11, 2012, with the ban first prolonged to 3 extra years in 2022.
The present extension additional prolongs the prohibition.
“It’s requested that strict compliance of the above determination could also be ensured by all Wings on this Ministry and Service Headquarters,” the Ministry of Defence mentioned in its official order.
