Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday (June 22) mentioned that he had a dialog with the President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, throughout which he urged for de-escalation and dialogue.
In a publish shared on the social media platform X, the Prime Minister expressed deep concern over the latest escalations and underlined the significance of restoring peace and stability.

In the course of the dialogue, PM Modi reiterated India’s constant stand in favor of instant de-escalation and burdened that dialogue and diplomacy are important for resolving tensions. He additionally referred to as for the early restoration of regional peace, safety, and stability.
