Odisha: Former Odisha Chief Minister and Chief of Opposition (LoP) within the Odisha Meeting Naveen Patnaik, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and others on Saturday prolonged condolences on demise of a 15-year-old lady who was present process therapy at AIIMS Delhi after some miscreants allegedly set her ablaze in Puri’s Balanga space on June 19.
She suffered 75 per cent burns and was flown from AIIMS Bhubaneswar to be admitted to the Burn ICU at AIIMS Delhi.
“Deeply saddened and anguished to know that the younger lady set on fireplace within the #Balanga space of #Puri District handed away whereas present process therapy in AIIMS. My condolences for the younger lady and prayers are with the relations of their hour of grief. Might God give the relations power to bear this irreparable loss,” Patnaik said.
Pradhan said, “I’m deeply saddened and heartbroken to listen to the information of the demise of the minor who was underneath therapy on account of an unlucky incident within the Balanga space of Puri district. I pray for the everlasting peace of the departed soul and specific my condolences to the grieving household. Might the Lord Jagannath grant immense endurance and braveness to the household throughout this tough time. Om Shanti.”
Biju Janata Dal (BJD) MP Sasmit Patra known as the incident as “extraordinarily painful”. “It is a particularly painful second. We’re simply speeding to AIIMS Delhi.
