Air Pressure chief flags delays in defence programs, says ‘contract signed figuring out programs won’t ever come’

India’s Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh on Thursday, Could 29, flagged delays in procurement of defence programs, saying that a number of contracts have been signed figuring out that the tasks won’t be delivered.
