China stated Thursday it “opposes” latest sanctions slapped by america on Russia’s two largest oil corporations over Moscow’s struggle in Ukraine, saying they’d “no foundation in worldwide regulation”.
On the identical press convention, overseas ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun criticised sanctions on Russia agreed Wednesday by the European Union — whose targets included Chinese language corporations — insisting that “China is neither the creator of the Ukraine disaster nor a celebration to it”.
