Realty agency M3M India has acquired a 24,000-square-metre plot in Noida for Rs 400 crore.
The corporate, in a press release on Thursday, stated it has acquired the plot underneath the Noida Authority’s public sale scheme, with a successful bid of Rs 400 crore.
This strategic acquisition marks the corporate’s third undertaking in Noida.
