Yellen says U.S. debt restrict to be reached in mid-January

The U.S. Treasury Division will probably resort to accounting maneuvers someday in mid-January to remain beneath the U.S. debt restrict, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen wrote in a letter on Friday to Home Speaker Mike Johnson and different congressional leaders.
