Fast service restaurant chain operator Devyani Worldwide Ltd on Thursday stated it’s going to purchase as much as 80.72 per cent stake in Sky Gate Hospitality, which operates manufacturers together with ‘Biryani By Kilo’, for ₹419.6 crore.
The acquisition contains three manufacturers of Sky Gate — Biryani By Kilo, Goila Butter Rooster, and The Bhojan.
