Infosys block deal on March 12: Shruti Shibulal, one of many promoters of Infosys, on Wednesday acquired further shares of the IT agency for ₹469 crore via an open market transaction.
Shruti is daughter of Infosys co-founder and former CEO SD Shibulal.
In response to block deal knowledge on NSE, Shruti purchased 29.84 lakh shares of Bengaluru-based Infosys.
The shares had been picked up at a mean worth of ₹1,574 apiece, taking the deal worth to ₹469.69 crore.
In the meantime, Gaurav Manchanda, one of many members of the family of SD Shibulal, offered the identical variety of shares on the similar worth.
Infosys’ shares fell 4.31 per cent to shut at ₹1,590.05 apiece on the NSE.
On Tuesday, Shruti purchased the IT main’s shares price ₹494 crore.
